Fees for our consultancy and registration services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. This is because we incur immediate costs with government bodies and third-party partners upon initiation of service.
If you wish to cancel a service before any documentation has been filed or any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any processing fees. Please contact us within 24 hours of payment to discuss cancellation.
In the rare event that we are unable to provide the service as promised due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
